Division 2 Result:

Division 2 has gone to a tie break! The ruling given to me is that the winners are the team with the highest aggregate difference.
BRNESC 1 have Home+Away aggregate of 3722 for & 2855 against = +867.
Hightown 1 have Home+Away aggregate of 3787 for & 2951 against = +836.

BRNESC 1 are Division 2 champions.

Division 4 Table:

Division 4 table has been corrected. Hightown 2 have been placed above Holy Trinity on chalk difference. My programs do not compute this when forming the tables. I shall try to look at this before next season.

Divisional prizewinners for best player:
Division 1 -    16 wins in season -    Cliff Massey
Division 2 -    16 wins in season -    Mike Wootten
Division 3 -    17 wins in season -    Frank Johnson
Division 4 -    15 wins in season -    Dave Ball
The above players had the best aggregate difference to those with equal number of wins.

Statistics
Shot AvgeNumber of chalks scored by the player less the number of points against divided by the no. of games played.
% Win This is the percentage of wins by the player for all games. This is the prime measure of a players position in this table. The secondary factor is the total number of games played. Third is shot avge.
Rating Pts Rating Points per match. This is just a bit of fun. My attempt at a rating system. It has been amended for 2009. Players get points according to how their opponent is ranked in their own team. A win over the opposing teams 10th ranked player = 1.0pts. A sliding scale gives varying points upto 1.9 over the opponents best rated player. An way win multiplies the points by 1.5. There is a sliding scale of points for the loser depending on his score. 10% reduction from the points that would have been obtained for a win, for every chalk less than 21. Hence 90% of points for a losing score of 20, down to 10% for a losing score of 12.
All players have a team ranking of 10 until they have played 4 games.
TRThe players ranking in his own team.
DivThe players ranking in the whole division.
