The league tables and statistics make use of computer technology to provide more detail than would otherwise be possible. The headings used in these pages are interpreted as follows:

P	Number of games played.
HP & AP	Number of Home or Away games played.
HW & AW	Number of Home or Away winners.
F & A	Number of game points For and Against, Home on left, Away on right.
Agg	Number of aggregate points gained, Home on left, Away on right.
Pts	Number of league points gained, Home on left, Away on right.
TotPts	Number of points gained, Home plus Away.

Statistics

Pts	Number of points scored by the player less the number of points against, per game, average of home & away values.
W%	This is the percentage of wins by the player for all games. This is the prime measure of a players position in this table. The secondary factor is the total number of games played.
P/M	Rating Points per match. This is just a bit of fun. My attempt at a rating system. It has been amended for 2008. Players get points according to how their opponent is ranked in their own team. A win over the opposing teams 10th ranked player = 1.0pts. A sliding scale gives varying points upto 1.9 over the opponents best rated player. An away win multiplies the points by 1.5. This is different to previous years where a fixed bonus of 0.5 was used. Also new this year is a sliding scale of points for the loser depending on his score. 10% reduction from the points that would have been obtained for a win, for every chalk less than 21. Hence 90% of points for a losing score of 20, down to 10% for a losing score of 12. All players have a team ranking of 10 until they have played 4 games.
